Wollongong Workshop Theatre

Welcome to Wollongong Workshop Theatre (WWT). Established in 1952, Wollongong Workshop Theatre (WWT) is the longest running community theatre group in Wollongong. We produce several shows each year, all of which provide our local community with access to the world of theatre production on stage and behind the scenes.

Workshop aims to foster, encourage and support local talent by offering opportunities for performers, writers, directors and production crew to get involved in our shows. For audiences, our annual seasons offer a range of high quality and affordable productions, often including new works written and devised right here in the Illawarra!
